All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. SlimDiva International Pty Ltd is unable to deliver to a PO Box. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

If a residential address is provided and no-one is home to collect your parcel, the parcel may be taken to the nearest post office and a collection slip left in your mailbox advising you where your parcel has been taken for pick up.
